Tom Brady Joining Fox Sports As Lead NFL Analyst (LFG!) — But Not Just Yet

Brady BrandMay 10, 2022: Tom Brady has selected his next team, but he won’t join them until at least 2023.
Fox Sports said today that Brady has signed a deal to become the network’s lead NFL analyst when he decides to permanently end his playing career.
"We are pleased to announce that immediately following his playing career, seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady will be joining us at Fox Sports as our lead analyst,” Lachlan Murdoch, Fox CEO and chairman, posted to social media.
“Over the course of this long-term agreement, Tom will not only call our biggest NFL games with Kevin Burkhardt, but will also serve as an ambassador for us, particularly with respect to client and promotional initiatives.
“We are delighted that Tom has committed to joining the Fox team and wish him all the best during this upcoming season."
Financial terms of the upcoming alliance were not disclosed, but the contract was said to be $375 million over ten years, according to industry analysts.
Also not disclosed: When this alliance would officially begin.
Brady in January said he was retiring, but changed his mind some six weeks later.
He is now in the final year of his contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
“Excited, but a lot of unfinished business on the field with the Buccaneers,” Brady posted to social media. “#LFG! (Let’s f-in go).”
Fox Sports recently saw lead NFL commentators Joe Buck and Troy Aikman move to ESPN to handle Monday Night Football.
Burkhardt will now handle Fox NFL play-by-play, with his partner in the booth for at least the 2022 season to be named.
The NFL is far from Brady’s only interest or source of income.
Among his endeavors are Brand Brady apparel, Autograph NFT’s, TB12 health and fitness and Religion of Sports media company.
This past season, for a record fifth time and second year in a row, Brady topped all NFL players in merchandise sales, according to the NFL Players Assn.
