Double Down: Super Bowl LXIII Scheduled To Play In Allegiant Stadium Las Vegas

March 30, 2026: Las Vegas may have to change its marketing mantra from “What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas” to “What Happens In Vegas Returns To Vegas.”
The NFL said today that Las Vegas would host Super Bowl LXIII in February 2029 in Allegiant Stadium (Fox), home to the Raiders, to conclude the 2028 season..
The city debuted as a Super Bowl host city in 2024, welcoming more than 330,000 visitors to the region and generating more than $1 billion in economic impact, according to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
The decision was made during the NFL Annual Meeting in Phoenix, “following a review by the NFL’s Fan Engagement & Major Events Committee and a vote by full ownership.”
“We’re excited to bring the Super Bowl back to Las Vegas and provide our fans another incredible experience in one of America’s greatest sport and entertainment destinations,” NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said via the league.
“Super Bowl LVIII demonstrated the scale, energy and hospitality the city brings to global events, and we look forward to working alongside the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, the Raiders and the community to deliver an even greater experience this time around.”
Allegiant Stadium has a seating capacity of 65,000 and is expandable to 71,000.
Visitors in town for Super Bowl LVIII spent an average of $2,660, roughly twice as much as a typical visitor — $1,260 per trip, according to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.

In 2024, the Mandalay Bay Convention Center hosted a variety of activities surrounding the game, including the NFL Super Bowl Experience.
As part of the lead-up to Super Bowl LXIII, Las Vegas will host a highly anticipated lineup of events.
They include NFL Honors, Super Bowl Experience presented by Jersey Mike’s and Super Bowl Opening Night Fueled by Gatorade.
There will also be such expansive community initiatives as NFL Source, the league’s procurement program for local and underrepresented businesses.
If current plans stay on schedule, by the time of Super Bowl LVIII, Las Vegas will be a fully loaded pro sports Mecca, including the Raiders, NHL Golden Knights, WNBA Aces, the incoming MLB Athletics, an expansion NBA team and UFC.
WWE’s WrestleMania 42 is scheduled for April 18-19 in Allegiant Stadium.

“It’s a testament to the Raiders, the LVCVA, civic leaders, the community, and the NFL working together as one. Super Bowl LVIII set a high bar, and for Super Bowl LXIII we are committed to raising it even further.”
Super Bowl LXI is scheduled for Feb. 14, 2027 in SoFi Stadium, home to the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers (ABC/ESPN).
Super Bowl LXII is scheduled for February 2028 in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, home to the Falcons (CBS).
