Cowboys, Bucs, Packers, Bills Top StubHub List Of NFL 2022 In-Demand Tickets, Teams

August 25, 2022: The Los Angeles Rams may be the NFL’s defending Super Bowl champs, but they are not at the front of the line for the title of “Most In-Demand Tickets” for the 2022 season.
The Dallas Cowboys top the list of in-demand teams for tickets for the sixth time, followed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers and Las Vegas Raiders, with the Rams at No. 5, according to ticket marketplace firm StubHub.
Statistics are based on cumulative StubHub ticket sales as of Aug. 25 for the 2022 season.
StubHub’s top in-demand game is Tampa Bay at the Cowboys in AT&T Stadium on Sept. 11, the first SUnday of the season, with nearly double the demand of the No. 2 game.
That would be the NFL Kickoff Game with the Buffalo Bills visiting the Rams in SoFi Stadium on Sept. 8.
The Bills are the top-trending team in the NFL, earning the biggest jump in tickey demand, up by more than 500% since last season, according to StubHub.
With Tom Brady returning as quarterback, Tampa Bay has three of the Top Five in-demand games to date.
In addition to the Cowboys game, the Buccaneers are No. 3 when they host the Kansas City Chiefs on Oct. 2 and No. 5 when they host the Packers on Sept. 25.
As Dec. 25 approaches, ticket demand is certain to increase for the NFL’s nationally televised triple-header that day: the Packers at the Miami Dolphins (1 PM ET, Fox), Denver Broncos at the Rams (4:30 PM ET, CBS/Nickelodeon) and Tampa Bay at the Arizona Cardinals (8 PM ET, NBC).
StubHub said the Buccaneers are the No. 1 top traveling team, “showing the highest jump (44%) in average price of tickets sold for away games vs. average prices for their opponents' home games.”
That demand is not just in the U.S. but overseas, as well.
The Bucs-Seattle Seahawks game in Munich, scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 13 in Allianz Arena (NFL Network (9:30 AM ET) — the first time the NFL will play a regular-season game in Germany — “is seeing nearly four times the ticket sales of StubHub's No. 2 in-demand International game,” the New York Giants vs. the Packers in London on Sunday, Oct. 9 (NFL Network, 9:30 AM ET). 
Due in part to their current presence on HBO’s Hard Knocks, the Detroit Lions are No. 2 among top-trending teams, with demand for tickets up 390% over last season.
The New York Jets are not far behind at No. 3, with demand for tickets up 341% over 2021.
"The Dallas Cowboys take the top spot on our in-demand list for the sixth time, while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers are also driving significant sales and appear in some of our best-selling games of the season," Adam Budelli, spokesperson for StubHub, said via the company.
"With great games nationally and five International Series matchups, including a return to Mexico and the first-ever game in Germany that is generating huge sales, sports fans across the globe have more chances than ever to experience the NFL."
